The pagination by default in admin is set to 20 records. In order to change it you need to follow the simple steps.
Go to admin -> Admin Settings -> Admin Controls
In that page you will see option labeled 'Records Per Page'. Simply change the number of records to your requirement and click on save button. You should be able to see pagination on the products page and number of records according to your set value.
